Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that today he told the details of the draft security guarantees for Ukraine, which Bankova presented yesterday, to his Lithuanian and Irish colleagues.
According to European Pravda, he announced this on his Twitter after a meeting with the Foreign Ministers of Lithuania and Ireland, which took place in Odessa.
“My colleagues Gabrielius Landsbergis and Simon Coveney were the first foreign ministers to whom I presented the Kyiv Security Compact prepared by Andriy Yermak and Anders Fogh Rasmussen. We will continue to work closely with partners to provide reliable security guarantees for Ukraine,” Dmitry wrote. Kuleba.
Recall, on September 13, the Office of the President of Ukraine presented its vision of security guarantees for Ukraine, which were developed by a group of international advisers led by former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen. By design, this system should provide Ukraine with protection before its entry into NATO, but will continue to operate after, since it is more extensive than the mechanisms of the Alliance.
