My hoarder neighbour lets her animals poo on my lawn – how do I make her stop?

A FUMING homeowner claims his “crazy” neighbour keeps letting her animals poo all over his lawn.

The Reddit user says the matter has got out of hand as the neighbour continues to hoard livestock in her garden – including geese, guinea fowl, ducks and chickens.

He exclaimed that defecation is not the only issue, with the animals creating “tons of noise” throughout the day and night.

And although the issue has persisted for several months, the user is at his wits end and doesn’t know how to make her stop.

“I’ve talked to the town, the county, the state, the SPCA, the health department, the sheriff, and more,” the US national wrote on the subreddit.

“Everyone tells me that they can’t do anything for us except send her notices, if even that, and that I should either kill the animals or buy a fence.”

The man said such an outlay would costs him thousands to install and insisted he would be reluctant to slaughter them on site.

He added that the “animal hoarder” has even gone to lengths of sending “crazy texts to his wife” over the matter as he issued a timely plea for help.

Shocked users in the comments said the neighbour had no option but to take matters into his own hands.

They penned: “You can’t control your neighbour and you can’t make them not come onto your yard without a fence. With a nice fence you can probably keep all but the guinea fowl out.”

While another wrote: “Selfish neighbours are impossible to deal with. I have a situation where one burns garbage. It just come to the point where the authorities are your only means of getting them to stop.”

The case comes just days after a fuming neighbour was forced to build a fence in her garden as her neighbour kept letting their dog poop on her lawn.

The woman has been at war with her neighbour over the location of the property line after they claimed it was their land.

Some of the woes included him eavesdropping through the fence or walking into the back garden uninvited.

On another occasion, the neighbour’s landscaper continued to blow grass onto their lawn for a month despite being asked not to.

And things escalated after the neighbour called the authorities when the homeowner’s husband brought home a truck.
