This is the horrific moment when a woman is stabbed by a 15-year-old boy with a knife during… a street fight outside a chicken shop.
The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service were called to the scene of Grosvenor Road, Pimlico in south London around 4.30pm on Tuesday afternoon.
The footage, which appears to have been shot with a cell phone, shows the woman, 40, pushing the teenager away from her – while he clings to her shirt.
As a crowd of schoolchildren gathers and records the disturbing incident on their cell phones, the woman punches the youngster in the face.
In retaliation, the teen pushes the woman back and brandishes a large knife — slashing her repeatedly before two other guys pull him away.
Detectives confirmed that the 15-year-old was arrested yesterday on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. He is still in custody and the investigation is ongoing.

The shocking video showed girls pouring their drinks over the woman’s head, while another adult tried to stop the fight before the teen revealed the large knife.
A mother told The sun: ‘A lady had an argument with a 7-year-old girl and bought her almost to tears.
Then she started at 11 years old and her arm was cut. Apparently she tried to fight this year 7 girl.’
A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: ‘We were called at 4.39pm yesterday (Tuesday 11 May) with reports of an incident in South Norwood High Street, SE25.
“We sent an ambulance to the scene and treated a woman before taking her to the hospital.”

South Area Command Detective Sergeant Danielle Power said: “We understand the concern that will be spreading through our communities regarding this horribly violent incident and would like to reassure parents and local residents that improved high visibility patrols will be in place by the end of this year.” . the school day to reassure students, their parents and the wider community.
“We will continue to work closely with the local school and support the victim.
“We are aware of footage circulating on social media and ask that it not be shared further so as not to harm future legal proceedings.”
The Metropolitan Police told MailOnline: ‘Police were called at 4.35pm on Tuesday 10 May to reports of an altercation between a woman and a group of youths on Grosvenor Road, SE25.
‘Police and London Ambulance Service’ [LAS] attended. At the scene, a 40-year-old woman suffered a cut. Her injury was not life-threatening.
‘Tuesday, May 10, 15-year-old man arrested on suspicion of serious physical injury’ [GBH]† He currently remains in custody. Investigations are underway.’
